Tournament Schedule

10am – Check-In
10am – Breakfast burritos, coffee, tea
10:30am – Pre-tournament putting/chipping contest
11:00am – Box lunch delivered to carts
12:30am – Shot-gun start
5:30pm – Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres
6:00pm – Dinner program
7:30pm – End

We are returning to Oak Creek Golf Club for one more year on Monday September 19th, as we will most likely move on to another course in 2012 just to keep things fresh and mix things up.  Oak Creek has been a wonderful host for our tournament the past two years and this year will be even better than past years.  And if you are disappointed that we won’t be there in 2012, don’t worry as we will probably return after they add a large dining room in 2012/2013.

As with every year, we will be stepping it up another notch with our giveaways, on-course games and post-tournament food.  The Nike store will be returning so that you are able to pick whatever golf item you are lacking, instead of me picking one for you.  We are looking at a $50 voucher to the Nike store again, so that you can get just about anything for free or very cheap.Anyway, we can’t wait to see all of your pretty mugs and ugly golf swings again this year.
